If you must cancel your registration, please do so by May 31, 2024. Substitutions are accepted. Registration fees, less a $25 processing fee, will be refunded if notice is received at the ACE office before May 31. To cancel or modify your registration, please send a written request to aceoutreach@gmail.com with the subject line “ACE Conference.” Due to guarantees we must give prior to the conference, refunds are not available after May 31, 2024.
Registrants who do not cancel their registration in writing by May 31 are responsible for the total conference registration fee even if they do not attend the conference and have not paid the registration fee.
