between. This has a reputation for being one of the most civil mailgroups
on the Internet.

Listserv name: PMA listserv (Publishers Marketing Association)
Participants: Small publishers of books who want to give and get ideas
for marketing their products.
Comments: Great for learning all about book marketing.
