Description Guidelines and Nomination Instructions Nomination Form (Word document) Past Winners Awards of Excellence Awards of Excellence nominations are due to the appropriate SIG chair by February 18, 2005. Description Nomination Form (Word document) Past Winners Pioneer Award Pioneer Award nominations are due to the appropriate regional director by February 18, 2005. Description Nomination Form (Word document) Past Winners Service Award Board members send Service Award nominations to the president by February 18, 2005. Description and Past winners JAC Article of the Year Award The JAC editorial board chooses judges to select the winner and sends the name of the winner to the president and coordinator by February 28, 2005. Research Paper of the Year Award The research SIG chooses the winner and sends the name of the winner to the president and coordinator by February 28, 2005. Professional Development Grants The Development Fund Committee calls for grant applications. All applications are due to the coordinator by February 18, 2005.
